Permanent mortgage financing for the acquisition or refinance of real

Terms and Rates:

Loan amounts range between $1,000,000 and $20,000,000

7 and 10 year terms, with up to 25 year amortization

and 20 year fully amortizing loans

Rates may be fixed at application or at time of funding

Variable rate programs available for Owner Occupied Loans

Rate locks available at no cost for 90 days

Underwriting Standards:
